The Company shall transfer credit points to the account of the authorized distributors/dealers, who shall transfer it to the dealers/sub-dealers/users. The Company will build awareness of this process through various mediums. However, it is the responsibility of the users to demand credit points from the seller post purchase, if the seller refuses to credit points to the users account, the user shall report the same to the Company on the Astral Toll-Free Number 1800-233-7957 and email ID alp@astralltd.com.

8. Electronic Communication:

The Users consent to receive communications from the Site electronically. The Site will communicate with Users via email, SMS or by posting notices on the Site.

9. Suspension due to non-compliance with Agreement:

Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available to the Company, the Company may in its sole discretion limit the User activity by immediately removing User listing either temporarily or indefinitely or suspend or terminate User membership, and/or refuse to provide User with access to the Site:

• If the User is in breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or the Terms and conditions of usage of the Site; If the User has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information.

• If Users actions may cause any harm, damage, or loss to the other Users or to the Company.

• Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

10. Redemption Policy:

• Redemption of the reward points is voluntary, and all related taxes shall be deemed to be voluntarily incurred by you.

• The Company shall not be held responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses incurred by you in the normal course of usage of Website.

• Once the Option of redeeming the reward points by you is invoked, it cannot subsequently be cancelled/ withdrawn/ changed at any given time.

• The voucher issued at the time of redemption of reward points will have to be presented for encashment within the expiration period specified on the voucher. There is no possibility of voucher?s expiry extension in any case.

• The Company reserves a right to cancel, withdraw, change any issued voucher until before the encashment of the voucher.

11. Indemnity:

• The User hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, the Site, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of User's actions or inactions, including but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out of the User's infringement of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

• You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Site/services.
